IE-15.6kV solid insulated ring main unit is a new generation of environmentally friendly composite insulated ring main unit. It is a fully insulated and fully sealed power supply unit. All live parts and switches of the primary part are completely sealed in an epoxy plastic shell, and there is no SF6 gas in the shell. The entire switchgear is not affected by the external environment, ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and is maintenance-free.
The solid-sealed pole molded by the APG process encapsulates the current-carrying conductors. The isolating switch is installed in the cavity of the solid-sealed pole. Single-phase insulated busbar design avoids serious faults such as phase-to-phase and grounding. The scalable busbar design enables unlimited expansion of functional units.
Designed with environmentally friendly materials, no SF6 gas, minimal contact design ensuring low energy consumption.
