How is your after-sales service?

How long is the warranty period and what is the scope of warranty?
We offer 24 months' warranty period, including the defects in covering materials or assembly processes. Artificial damage or arbitrary modification, failure to use as required, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
Do you accept OEM orders or can you provide customized non-standard products?
Yes, we have a refined technical & management team, and we can meet the diverse needs from domestic and foreign customers.
Is there a MOQ and what is the usual delivery time?
No MOQ is requested; 1 sample can be supplied and the normal delivery time is 3-40 days. Special or customized products will be discussed separately.
