UniWave Electric
The Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) is a low-voltage power protection device designed for main power distribution systems, ensuring safe and reliable control of electrical circuits under normal operation and fault conditions. By using air as the arc-extinguishing medium, the ACB is capable of interrupting high short-circuit currents and maintaining stable performance in demanding electrical environments.
Equipped with an advanced electronic trip unit, the ACB provides accurate and adjustable protection functions, including overload, short-circuit, instantaneous, and earth fault protection. These features allow effective coordination with upstream and downstream protection devices, improving system selectivity and overall reliability.
The ACB is available in both fixed and withdrawable (draw-out) types. The withdrawable version offers clear position indication, including connected, test, and disconnected positions, enhancing safety and convenience during maintenance and inspection. Multiple accessories such as shunt release, closing electromagnet, motor-operated mechanism, and auxiliary contacts can be integrated to meet different control and automation requirements.
Designed for high-current applications, the ACB supports a wide current range and is available in 3-pole and 4-pole configurations. It is commonly used as an incoming or outgoing breaker in switchgear panels, power distribution cabinets, generator systems, and industrial power networks.
Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60947-2 standards, the ACB features high breaking capacity, long mechanical and electrical life, and consistent quality control. It provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers, and infrastructure projects.
