Product Description
SJKW1 Air Circuit Breaker
SJKW1 Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker

The SJKW1 series is designed for 50Hz AC distribution networks (up to 660/690V, 200A-6300A). It distributes power while protecting against overload, undervoltage, short circuit, and single-phase grounding faults. Featuring intelligent protection and selective tripping, it improves power reliability and prevents unnecessary outages. With an open communication interface, it supports remote control for automation systems. Suitable for installations up to 2000m altitude (8000V pulse withstand voltage, adjustable to max 12000V). Without an intelligent controller/sensor, it can operate as an isolator.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the typical applications for your air circuit breakers (ACBs)?
A: Our ACBs are widely used as main incoming feeders, couplers, and large outgoing feeders in:
  • Industrial power distribution systems (factories, processing plants)
  • Commercial buildings (data centers, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels)
  • Infrastructure projects (ports, airports, power stations, substations)
  • Renewable energy systems (solar and wind farms)
Q: How do I select the right size (current rating) ACB for my application?
A: Selecting the correct current rating involves:
  • Calculating the total maximum continuous load current of the circuit.
  • Applying relevant derating factors (ambient temperature, enclosure, grouping).
  • Choosing an ACB with a Rated Current (In) equal to or higher than the calculated value.
Q: How do I ensure the ACB has sufficient breaking capacity (Icu/Ics) for my system?
A: The ACB's Ultimate Breaking Capacity (Icu) must be equal to or greater than the prospective short-circuit current at its installation point in your electrical network. This requires performing a short-circuit study of your system prior to installation.
Q: Can we print our logo or custom branding on products?
A: Yes, OEM customization is available. Please provide the size specifications and Pantone Color Code of the logo for custom marking.
Q: What is the typical lead time for a regular order?
A: For order quantities lower than 1000 pieces, the lead time is 7-15 days. For larger orders, it typically takes 20 days.
Q: Do you inspect the finished products before shipment?
A: Yes, each step of the production cycle and all finished products undergo rigorous quality control inspections by our QC department before dispatch.
